Golden, Seward, Kelley & Shedden are pleased to announce the addition of our newest partner, J. Brent Shedden. He comes to us from the firm of Andrews, Smith Lowery & Co. LLCs. He owned his owned tax preparation business that was ironically called Golden Tax & Accounting in Utah. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and received his MBA from the University of Phoenix.   

He started his career at Arthur Young which quickly became Ernst & Young.  He has also been a business consultant and real estate consultant.  He has been a CPA since 2008 and has worked in the industry for over 25 years.  He is licensed in Utah, New Mexico.

After 50 years in the mountainous areas of Colorado and Utah, he decided to come to the nice, warm climate of New Mexico.  He was country before it was cool and he was a Bronco fan before it was cool.  He resides in Roswell with his wife of 28 years and 8 wonderful children.  He enjoys reading, gardening and genealogy.
